En consecuencia, el plan de negocios enunciado reconoce una oportunidad de emprender en un destino emergente como lo es Rivera, Huila. El establecimiento de alojamiento de categoría hostal, además de prestar el servicio para que los turistas pernocten, pretende fortalecer la cultura gastronómica del departamento y aplicar el concepto de valor compartido.
